Sweet potatoes

I don't know if Calvin got more sweet potatoes in his mouth or on his face.
Trying to feed himself sweet potatoes. Not very successful at getting the food to stay in his mouth but he sure had fun trying.

Happy 6 months!

Calvin Droolidge! Those bottom 2 front teeth coming in make for a lot drool.
Happy tummy time! Smiles during tummy time are few and far between.
12 month onesie at 6 months. I'm guessing that this outfit won't fit him at 12 months.

Calvin's photoshoot

For the most part Calvin had fun at the photoshoot. He wasn't too happy when placed on his stomach so most of the pictures are of him on his back. I think the cold floor and paper he was on had something to do with it.

Chicken wrestling

This is a couple minutes long but super cute. I don't understand Calvin's sense of humor but he sure does find this chicken to be funny. I wish I knew what was going on his mind!

Calvin and the flying bear

This is a couple of minutes long but very cute. Whenever Calvin sees a camera he likes to stop what he is doing and stare at the camera. If you watch until the end of the video you will see what I mean.

Diaper modeling

Last Thursday Calvin and I went up to Madison so he could model cloth diapers for a local diaper store. The owner of the store designed a new cloth diaper and needed baby models to help her market it. While there be sure to vote for the cutest baby (Calvin of course!) starting March 5th to March 12th. You can vote once per day per computer so if you have a work and home computer you can vote from both. Calvin is number 18 in the baby section. I don't think the photographer got many smiling shots of Calvin because he was more interested in chewing on the chair he was sitting in than looking at the camera.

Calvin vs. Cricket part 2

Calvin's first experience with rice cereal. He's not too sure about it yet but we'll keep trying.
Cricket is waiting patiently in the background for Calvin to finish his tummy time so that she can sleep under his blanket. Calvin is good at sharing, Cricket not so much.

Calvin really wants to roll over to see the camera but he also really wants to keep his toy in his mouth. His new thing is to grab at cups and try to drink from them. While I wasn't looking this evening Calvin had his first drink of water from a cup.
