Calvin and the flying bear

This is a couple of minutes long but very cute. Whenever Calvin sees a camera he likes to stop what he is doing and stare at the camera. If you watch until the end of the video you will see what I mean.

Diaper modeling

Last Thursday Calvin and I went up to Madison so he could model cloth diapers for a local diaper store. The owner of the store designed a new cloth diaper and needed baby models to help her market it. While there be sure to vote for the cutest baby (Calvin of course!) starting March 5th to March 12th. You can vote once per day per computer so if you have a work and home computer you can vote from both. Calvin is number 18 in the baby section. I don't think the photographer got many smiling shots of Calvin because he was more interested in chewing on the chair he was sitting in than looking at the camera.

Calvin vs. Cricket part 2

Calvin's first experience with rice cereal. He's not too sure about it yet but we'll keep trying.
Cricket is waiting patiently in the background for Calvin to finish his tummy time so that she can sleep under his blanket. Calvin is good at sharing, Cricket not so much.

Calvin really wants to roll over to see the camera but he also really wants to keep his toy in his mouth. His new thing is to grab at cups and try to drink from them. While I wasn't looking this evening Calvin had his first drink of water from a cup.

For those of you who haven't heard the news Calvin rolled over for the first time recently! He went from back to belly and seemed very pleased with himself. He still hasn't figured out how to go from belly to back but he's getting very close.
